- Coordinate and lead internal and external audit readiness and compliance activities.
- Manage stakeholder communication across engineering, production, maintenance, procurement, and external partners.
- Maintain and update training matrixes and track competency requirements.
- Support asset management activities to ensure accurate records and readiness.
- Perform data entry with high attention to detail, analyze data, and produce regular reports.
- Engage with external parties (suppliers, vendors, regulatory bodies) to drive requirements and resolve issues.
- Support procurement activities and monitor parts/control of materials as needed.
- Manage stock control and procurement of parts and consumables, including ordering, receipt, tracking and reconciliation to support maintenance and facility teams.
- Drive maintenance readiness activities and support production experience handoffs to operations.
- Experience with document control systems, document registers, and configuration management.
- Proven experience writing technical documents, safety procedures, and SOWs.
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience with audits, compliance processes, and regulatory documentation.
- Asset management experience (tracking, readiness, lifecycle).
- Experience in production or maintenance environments (aviation, manufacturing, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Experience analyzing data and producing clear, actionable reports.
- Experience updating and maintaining training matrices and competency records.
- Familiarity engaging with external parties including procurement and suppliers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CMMS Software would be a plus.
