Provide on-site network and systems administration for Boeing Australia, including Cisco/Arista network support, Windows and factory system management, hardware/software installation, system validation, monitoring, backup/disaster recovery, access administration, change control participation, and on-call/after-hours support. Collaborate with stakeholders and senior staff to assess risks and implement system changes across complex server environments.

Manage warehouse logistics and inventory for production: execute ERP/MRP transactions, release and pick production orders, maintain lot traceability, perform cycle counts and stock takes, expedite material, support scrap/AOG/spares replacements, book transport, and drive continuous improvement and 5S/Lean practices.

Perform materials movements in a warehouse to support production: forklift loading/unloading, packing, put-away, stock replenishment, kitting, deliveries, cycle counts, and basic SAP inventory transactions. Maintain safety, high attention to detail, and effective communication while working onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Assemble aircraft components using hand and power tools, follow digital work instructions and drawings, measure to tight tolerances, perform repetitive takt-time production tasks, drill/fasten/shim, use PPE and adhere to EH&S, and lift up to 15 kg as needed.

Support and implement EHS programs and regulatory compliance onsite. Perform inspections, audits and incident investigations; develop risk assessments, controls, safety communications, and corrective actions. Collaborate with operations to improve EHS performance and sustain ISO-aligned systems.
