The opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced, organized and motivated Site Manager to oversee multiple residential builds across Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs.
You’ll manage construction from start to finish, coordinating trades, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping clients informed throughout their building journey.
Your responsibilities
• Deliver quality homes within agreed timeframes
• Schedule and coordinate trades and subcontractors
• Maintain site safety and meet OH&S obligations
• Monitor workmanship throughout every stage of construction
• Build strong client relationships and provide clear, timely updates
• Monitor and control expenditure against the ETS budget
• Resolve site issues and collaborate with the wider construction team
About you
• Experience managing multiple sites within volume residential construction
• Strong knowledge of the building process from start to finish
• Excellent organisation, scheduling and problem solving skills
• A client focused approach with strong communication skills
• An established trade base and the ability to build reliable trade relationships
• A motivated, proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team
