Produces master planning, development design, and town planning documentation for residential projects across Victoria. Collaborates with developers, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams; prepares council submissions; assesses site conditions and service locations; coordinates site works; ensures compliance with Victorian planning and building requirements; and performs quality assurance. The role requires strong residential drafting, AutoCAD, stakeholder collaboration, documentation accuracy, and knowledge of the NCC, Victorian Building Regulations, Small Lot Housing Code, and ResCode.

Oversee multiple residential construction sites across Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs from commencement to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, monitoring budgets and workmanship, meeting construction timelines, resolving site issues, and communicating with clients and internal teams. The role requires strong residential construction knowledge, organization, scheduling, problem-solving, communication, and established trade relationships.

Review, prepare, and amend residential construction drawings for accuracy, compliance, and construction readiness. Maintain drafting quality assurance processes, resolve documentation issues, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with the National Construction Code, Victorian regulations, Australian Standards, and SLHC requirements. The role also requires meeting drafting deadlines and minimizing rework, variations, and construction RFIs.

Manage residential construction projects from start to finish, coordinating trades, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and client communication. The Site Manager will oversee multiple builds, resolve site issues, maintain construction timeframes, and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams while delivering high-quality homes and customer experiences.

Review and improve master drawings for a volume residential builder, support the transition from AutoCAD to Revit, refine façades, construction details and stair designs, and ensure compliance with NCC 2022, SLHC and ResCode. The role works across detached and semi-detached homes, identifies documentation inconsistencies, improves design systems and standards, and may develop into a leadership position.
