Prepare and review production drawings, manage plan amendments, ensure drafting accuracy and compliance with Victorian building regulations, NCC and Small Lot Housing Code. Work closely with stakeholders, support the AutoCAD-to-Revit transition, and contribute to drafting team improvements within a volume home builder environment.

Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support through the build process, maintain accurate customer records, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support the Construction team, and use internal systems and software to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse group, partnering with leaders to deliver tailored hiring solutions, proactive sourcing, market mapping and talent pipelining, coaching hiring managers, and improving recruitment outcomes while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Maintain and improve master drawings for volume home designs, convert AutoCAD to Revit, ensure NCC 2022/SLHC/ResCode compliance, produce façade, stair and construction details, perform error checking and quality control, manage requests and prioritise master files.
