The SharePoint / Nintex Workflow Specialist designs, develops, and maintains enterprise workflow automation and forms solutions, enabling streamlined, efficient, and scalable business processes across the organisation.
Requirements
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain workflow solutions using Nintex Forms and Workflows
- Configure and administer SharePoint on-premises environments to support business needs
- Lead or support migration activities from legacy workflow platforms to modern solutions (e.g. Nintex K2)
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into automated workflow solutions
- Deliver enhancements and continuous improvements to existing workflows and forms
- Provide ad-hoc support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and workflow-related issues
- Ensure workflows align with governance, security, and compliance requirements
- Document workflow designs, configurations, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation
What you'll bring:
- Strong experience designing and supporting Nintex Enterprise Forms and Workflows
- Exposure to or experience with workflow platform migrations (e.g. Nintex K2)
- Advanced SharePoint on-prem administration, configuration, and support skills
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable workflow automation solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- High-quality documentation and communication skills
