Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with 7-9+ years of hands-on development experience to join our team. This role requires a technical specialist who combines deep ServiceNow platform expertise with strong stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering end-to-end implementations across ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules, along with proven skills in platform upgrades, performance tuning, and enterprise integrations.

 

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that align with business processes and drive operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical implementations while maintaining platform best practices and ensuring system stability. This position requires both technical depth in ServiceNow development and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years (preferably 9+) ServiceNow hands-on development
  • Deep expertise in ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST APIs
  • ServiceNow Glide scripting and platform upgrades
  • Performance tuning and capacity sizing
  • Scripted REST APIs and enterprise integrations
