The Role:
Lead transformative marketing strategies for our Orthopaedic Instruments product group (power tools). In this role, you’ll influence product launches, customer engagement, and market growth—making a real impact on improving patient outcomes worldwide.

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute product, program, and portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain industry networks to monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Author and align key strategic documents, including annual marketing plans and product launch plans.
  • Anticipate emerging customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to meet evolving needs.
  • Initiate and lead new product and service offerings based on customer insights and market analysis.
  • Manage marketing budgets, analyze variances, and deliver accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and outcomes.
  • Build relationships with industry thought leaders and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
