Provide in-theatre technical and clinical support for robotic knee and hip procedures, perform CT-based pre-op planning, train and support theatre staff, maintain documentation, coordinate case coverage, and provide feedback to product teams.

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Orthopaedic Instruments, managing product launches, budgets, and market analysis to enhance patient outcomes.

Lead a supply chain team in Sydney, focusing on proactive planning, stakeholder collaboration, and introducing automation to improve scheduling operations.

Design, develop, and deliver clinical education and product training for orthopaedic surgeons and teams. Collaborate with clinical experts and KOLs to create evidence-based curricula, run in-person and virtual courses, measure program performance, gather Voice of Customer insights, analyze competitive and clinical trends, build advisor networks, and allocate resources for scalable medical education initiatives.

Lead regional customer operations and field service across ANZ and East Asia, standardizing processes, managing demand and supply planning, driving service KPIs, ensuring ISO and AS/NZS compliance, owning budgets, resolving escalations, and developing geographically dispersed teams to enable commercial growth and operational excellence.

Drive Foot & Ankle sales by building surgeon and hospital relationships, provide clinical support in operating theatres, deliver product demonstrations and training, manage inventory for cases, identify new business opportunities, and travel across Melbourne territory to increase market share.

The Business Manager leads commercial engagement with strategic customers, develops strategies for revenue, manages complex contract negotiations, and aligns internal teams to drive outcomes.

Act as a strategic analytics partner to the Medical business: identify opportunities, lead end-to-end analytics projects, build dashboards and recommendations, quantify commercial impact, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor the analytics team to drive adoption and measurable business value.
