This is full-time onsite role based in our Melbourne office.

The Senior Technical Analyst plays a critical, high‑impact role in safeguarding and strengthening our delivery and support ecosystem for one of our largest customers. Your presence brings continuity, resilience, and future‑proofing to our operations.

You’ll be the person who ensures that key operational processes like bill runs, pay runs, production support and production testing run smoothly. Your contribution directly protects our customers from operational risk and keeps mission‑critical services running for millions of consumers for the assigned telecom customer.

This is not just a support role, it's a technical role that removes single points of failure in core functions, positively influences customer experience and satisfaction, and maintains stable, low disruption of critical operational processes.

If you have experience supporting production systems:

• Strong technical background with expert PL/SQL skills and solid knowledge of Oracle databases. 
• Experience working in Agile SDLC environments, with a professional background that includes testing, usage of monitoring tools, and technical support. An ideal candidate would have had exposure to some or many of the following technical support elements, including data and business analysis, reporting, dev ops and testing – PVT, system test, UAT.
• Hands‑on capability in production support, troubleshooting, environment configuration, and data fixes within complex systems.
• Strong communication and ability to work directly with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams across regions.
• A proactive, curious, and tenacious mindset with the ability to work independently and support multiple test and delivery functions. 
• You pride yourself on strong process rigour, following through on tasks and thinking about the wider impact of the work you do and engage with colleagues to prevent issues from occurring or recurring.

• Provide expert support for daily production issues, post‑release challenges, and environment configuration checks.
• Execute and support bill runs, pay runs, and data‑related tasks across analytics, reports, and extracts. 
• Contribute to UAT, performance testing, PVT, and system testing activities as required.
• Once familiar with the set up you will have the opportunity to support release management, test environment setup, test data creation, and DevOps production access tasks as required.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams globally to investigate issues and deliver solutions 

• Document changes, conduct business analysis, support enhancements, and contribute to project delivery.
