We’re now welcoming applications for Senior Systems & Reporting Specialist  to join our supportive, purpose‑driven team in Melbourne or Sydney on a Full – time, 6 month parental leave contract.

You will lead the ongoing management, development and maintenance of our People Systems, ensuring processes run efficiently and are easy to use.

As a subject matter expert, you’ll provide guidance and support across security administration, business process design, reporting and analytics, while supporting the implementation of new technologies, systems and processes.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and continuously improve People Systems (Workday), ensuring efficient processes, accessible functionality and a positive user experience across the employee life cycle.

  • Partner with the Leader, Remuneration, Systems and Reporting to maintain systems governance and prioritise projects, initiatives and reporting activities.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business needs and promote self-service across EML.

  • Contribute to the People Digital Strategy by researching new technologies and recommending and delivering solutions aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet user needs and content remains accurate and current.

  • Develop digital learning resources, maintain People SharePoint content and provide training and coaching to help managers and the People team confidently use available technologies. 

What We’re Looking For

It’s ok if you haven’t done this before, what matters most is your commitment to helping others that can make you a great fit for the role. Do you have…

  • 4+ years hands on configuration experience with Workday is essential. (HCM and recruitment would be highly desirable)

  • Experience in using project methodologies and tools such as Agile and JIRA.

  • Understanding of the use of ticketing systems and managing incoming support escalations.

  • Experience in the use of the Microsoft suite including; Word, Excel, SharePoint.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the ability to apply critical thinking and be able to problem solve to provide an optimal solution.

  • Familiarity with completing and submitting change request documentation for review and approval to implement enhancements.
