- Lead engineering activities across the systems engineering lifecycle, ensuring alignment with program schedules
- Manage requirements, validation, and system specifications, ensuring alignment with product design and implementation
- Run and drive design review processes, ensuring outcomes meet program expectations
- Lead structured problem-solving efforts across internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Support engineering program performance through technical reporting and analysis (monthly/quarterly metrics)
- Oversee day-to-day engineering project activities, including requirements management, verification, and validation
- Prepare and review customer deliverables and technical documentation
- Engage directly with customer and supplier stakeholders to support delivery and resolve issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, business, and process areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering or Requirements Management
- Proven experience working across the full systems engineering lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience leading design reviews, change management, and risk management processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Progression toward or eligibility for CPEng / National Engineering Register (NER)
- Strong experience in requirements definition, specification writing, and validation
- Advanced structured problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead initiatives independently and influence across multiple teams
- Solid understanding of engineering governance, commercial awareness, and project delivery
