The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sustainability Advisor to join our National Sustainability team. In this role, you’ll provide technical advice, deliver sustainability assessments and submissions, and collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams on diverse infrastructure projects.

Your work will span major transport and water projects, as well as standalone sustainability initiatives. While the role is based in Victoria, you’ll also contribute to projects across other states and nationally.

Services may include energy, water, emissions, and materials analysis, alongside coordination with ecology, heritage, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll also play a key role in client relationship management, pursuit planning, and proposal development.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical sustainability advice and deliver assessments that influence project success.
  • Work within multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile infrastructure projects.
  • Support services such as energy, water, emissions, and materials analysis.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to achieve positive sustainability outcomes.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to proposals and pursuit planning.

Who You Are

You’re an experienced sustainability professional who thrives in a consultancy environment and enjoys working with diverse stakeholders. You’re motivated by teamwork, innovation, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental engineering, environmental science, or similar.
  • Relevant experience in sustainability consulting.
  • Familiarity with Green Star or ISC rating tools (highly regarded).
  • Competency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience highly regarded.
  • Experience in energy and materials modelling or quantification (highly regarded).
