Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture across GHD’s Project Delivery domain. This hands-on role will connect business capabilities, applications, data and integrations, ensuring solutions align with enterprise strategy and the target architecture roadmap.
In this role you will:
• Own and maintain the current-state and target-state planning and roadmap for Project Delivery.
• Lead solution architecture for complex and cross-cutting initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Define reusable design patterns, API-led integrations, platform guardrails and non-functional requirements.
• Review solution designs, resolve conflicts and manage risks and technical debt.
• Advise business and technology leaders on options, costs, risks and trade-offs.
• Coach solution architects and technical leads and strengthen capability across teams.
To be successful you will have:
• 8-10 years of relevant architecture experience, including senior, domain or portfolio-level experience.
• Strong solution capability across applications, data, integration, security, infrastructure and operations.
• Recent hands-on experience with APIs, data models, integration flows, security controls and solution delivery.
• Experience leading complex solutions from discovery through implementation and transition to operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, influencing and communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, SharePoint Online, enterprise integration, data platforms or AI-enabled capabilities is highly regarded.
