You will join our Automation and Optimization Fraud and Scam Engineering Chapter, where you will design and develop solutions to protect customers from fraud and scams. Your work supports creating advanced technologies that automate scam detection and digital intrusion alerts.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
AI+Cloud:
Demonstrated ability to deliver Gen AI solutions, into an enterprise scale production environments, with a focus on application security and observability.
Experience building and deploying enterprise grade agent-based architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with full-stack development, ensuring quality with automated unit and regression testing.
Considerable hands-on experience with AI "tech stack including AWS Cloud, EKS/EKC, Bedrock, Semantic Kernel, Lang Chain Lang Graph ,Hugging Face,SageMaker
Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
Experience deploying Generative AI solutions using enterprise-grade DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks, and the development and implementation of security guardrails.
Experience delivering software solutions in a banking environment.
Experience in fraud detection, customer personalisation, or conversational AI is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Technical Skills:
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:
Good programming skills in one or more languages e.g. Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., TeamCity, GitHub, Jenkins)
Good understanding of API testing, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS).
Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Observe, CloudWatch)
Deep knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Devtest, Appium, Sahi).
Solid grasp of DevSecOps, SDLC best practices, and release governance.
Use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Roo code) to accelerate everyday development/testing tasks.
