The Role
ClearPoint is seeking multiple contract Senior Software Engineers to partner with clients on a range of exciting new opportunities and projects here in Australia.
We’re looking for Senior Software Engineers who are passionate about collaborating in teams to deliver exceptional customer product experiences. If you’re customer-focused, thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment, and are eager to build the future, we want to hear from you!
You will possess strong expertise in .NET (C#), ReactJS (TypeScript) full-stack development, Cloud Computing especially with AWS (other platforms such as Azure and GCP are nice to have), SQL, and microservices architecture. Proficiency in DevOps practices like CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) is highly desirable. You'll join cross-functional teams to deliver commercial software projects. Immediate availability is ideal (but not a must), and we’re offering contracting roles for software engineers in the east-coast of Australia based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.
The experience we’re looking for:
● At least 7 years of experience in C# and .NET framework development, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, etc
● Solid experience with Front-end development (SPA) using ReactJS and TypeScript
● Skilled in designing and constructing microservices
● Strong understanding of database design and development, including SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
● Proficient in unit testing, test-driven component design and development
● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (highly beneficial), Azure or GCP
● Proficiency in implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
● Hands on containerisation experience using Kubernetes and Docker is beneficial
● Strong communication skills, and a background in consulting environments would be advantageous
