We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Senior ServiceNow DevOps Engineer reporting to Manager, ITOM Practice.
A bit about your role
The Senior ServiceNow DevOps Engineer role plays a critical role in enhancing automation, improving security posture, and streamlining asset lifecycle management across the enterprise. This role involves developing and maintaining integrations using IntegrationHub spokes, REST APIs, and scripted web services, managing IT Asset Management processes for hardware and software compliance.
The role will also design automated workflows for vulnerability detection and remediation, while creating processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate has proven expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, CMDB), Integration Hub, Vulnerability Response, and ITAM, along with strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations. You are familiar with security frameworks and vulnerability tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable), possess a solid understanding of ITIL processes, and have experience working in large, complex organizations.
The candidate must have a current ServiceNow System Administrator certification. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM, Vulnerability Response and ITAM highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are beneficial.
