Joining a nationally connected team with a strong pipeline of work, you'll contribute to projects across Defence, Aviation, Transport, Critical Infrastructure and Data Centres. You'll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver security strategies, risk assessments and security design solutions that balance operational needs, risk management and user experience.

  • Prepare technical reports, specifications and project documentation

What you'll bring

  • Experience in security consulting, protective security, electronic security, Defence, law enforcement or critical infrastructure environments
  • Understanding of physical security principles and risk-based security design
  • Experience contributing to security strategies, assessments or security system projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
  • Experience within a consultancy environment will be highly regarded
  • Australian Citizenship preferred
  • Ability to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance

How we support your growth

You'll join a growing team with immediate opportunities across Defence, Aviation and Critical Infrastructure projects, including exposure to the rapidly expanding Data Centre sector.

Whether your background has been in consulting, Defence, government, infrastructure or security systems integration, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience while working alongside recognised industry specialists.

Recognised by the AFR as a Best Place to Work in 2026, we embrace diverse perspectives and flexible ways of working. You'll be supported by experienced leaders, a collaborative national team and genuine opportunities for career growth and development.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
