Our goal is to build a self-sufficient and empowered team here on the ground in Australia. We’re well on our way, but until we get there we still have some reliances on our UK team. Being comfortable working flexibly for a portion of your working week to cover time zones is required.
What will I be doing?
We’re seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager for Kaluza, who will collaborate closely with product delivery teams, programme implementation teams and our clients. As a Senior QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing QA strategies, and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. This role is key to delivering change for Kaluza clients and ensuring the quality strategy is followed for all product deliveries. As a client focused member of the Kaluza Quality team you will be comfortable in all aspects of commercial and technical communications with senior management.
About You
Ideally you’ll have/be
- Experience in leading test or quality teams
- Strong knowledge of QA strategies, processes, and methodologies
- Know how to define and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications
- Experience in collaborating with clients on quality delivery plans
- Be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and client support, to ensure quality standards are met
- A strong communicator with all levels of management including client engagement
- A commitment to mentoring QA specialists
- Someone who is adept as risk management
- Focused on continuous improvement in quality process
