Build and evolve an internal developer platform that improves software delivery, cloud infrastructure usage, developer productivity, security, reliability, and operational cost efficiency. Responsibilities include platform engineering, automation, infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Helm, and Crossplane, GitOps practices, monitoring and observability, security improvements, incident response through an on-call rotation, and stakeholder coordination. The role is hybrid in Melbourne, requiring three office days weekly and some flexibility to support UK time zones.

Lead a technical support engineering team delivering forensic platform-level incident diagnosis, driving fixes and reliability improvements, and building automation and tooling (including AI) to reduce toil. Own on-call rotations, SLA reporting, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination with Product and Engineering. Mentor engineers, shape agile practices, and drive support strategy for Australian clients while ensuring continuity across time zones.
