Maintains AWS serverless, Kubernetes, scheduled, and event-driven workloads using Terraform, monitoring, and alerting. Partners with Product, Engineering, and service desk teams, documents runbooks, improves support operations, and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Build and evolve an internal developer platform that improves software delivery, cloud infrastructure usage, developer productivity, security, reliability, and operational cost efficiency. Responsibilities include platform engineering, automation, infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Helm, and Crossplane, GitOps practices, monitoring and observability, security improvements, incident response through an on-call rotation, and stakeholder coordination. The role is hybrid in Melbourne, requiring three office days weekly and some flexibility to support UK time zones.
