Honeywell is expanding its Building Technologies team in Abbotsford, VIC. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Fire, Security, and BMS projects across commercial, industrial, and critical‑infrastructure sectors.
About the Role
You will take full ownership of major building technology projects, including fire detection systems, CCTV and access control solutions, and BMS/HVAC controls. This role combines technical project leadership, customer management, commercial oversight, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver large‑scale Fire, Electronic Security, and BMS projects from planning through commissioning
- Manage contracts, variations, forecasting, and project financials
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors
- Maintain strong customer relationships and drive satisfaction
- Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management practices are upheld
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify additional scope and growth opportunities
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience delivering projects in Fire, Security (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion), or BMS/HVAC controls
- Track record managing $3M+ projects
- Strong commercial acumen, scheduling, and project delivery capability
- Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders
- Engineering or Project Management background
