Job Description

We’re looking for a confident and driven Senior Project Manager who thrives on taking ownership, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering complex projects to a high standard. You’ll bring a proactive mindset, commercial awareness, and a passion for excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of major projects, ensuring outcomes align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Prepare and manage procurement documentation and processes, including Head Contractor and Managing Contractor engagements
  • Develop and coordinate Public Works Committee (PWC) documentation
  • Oversee design management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams
  • Drive extensive stakeholder engagement, including government, clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Manage and prioritise multiple concurrent project commitments in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead, chair, and document client meetings, workshops, and key project discussions
  • Provide strategic project leadership, mentoring and guiding junior team members
  • Support business development activities and contribute to winning new work
  • Deliver high-quality commission/programme management services

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership capability with experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Primavera experience highly regarded
  • Exceptional report writing, documentation, and bid preparation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes

Qualifications

  • Baseline Security Clearance (minimum) – essential
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field:
    • Construction Management
    • Project Management
    • Engineering
    • Architecture
    • Cost Management
    • or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years’ project management experience, ideally within a client-side or consulting environment
  • Proven experience delivering complex or large-scale projects
