What you will do: 

  • Data-driven decisions. Improve our use of data to inform and enhance our decision-making processes.
  • Ownership and expertise. Be the single-threaded owner and end-to-end expert on the customer journey and sportsbook experience.
  • Strategic leadership. Drive processes, strategy, tactics, and research to identify and solve the right problems for our customers.
  • Stakeholder relationships and alignment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Product clarity and direction. Develop and maintain a clear and compelling product direction, communicating at all the different levels its progress and change over time and importantly a story to inspire the direction and vision.
  • Development readiness. Lead processes and tasks to solve customer problems leading up to development readiness. Collaborate closely with engineering to create development plans. specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Discovery process. Enhance our discovery process, fostering an environment of deep thinking and problem understanding for better outcome planning.
  • Innovation and experimentation. Foster a culture of innovation by embracing experimentation on ideas that you believe can win.
  • Go to market strategy. Elevate our go to market strategies and experiences, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
  • Mentorship and development. Mentor and develop associate product managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

What you will bring: 

  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • Show a deep obsession with understanding and serving the customer.
  • Have a history of successfully developing top-tier products alongside design and engineering teams.
  • Adept at gaining an understanding of technical systems to navigate engineering prioritisation challenges.
  • Demonstrate the ability to show a vision for your product which provides direction and inspiration.
  • Demonstrate a constant focus on envisioning the future and identifying ways to enhance the customer experience and product.
  • Have a proven track record of wanting to solve tough problems, diving deep, and achieving the best outcomes through collaboration.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Knowledge of sports betting and the crypto industry would be advantageous.
  • Proficient with Mixpanel, Tableau, Figma, Jira, Google Suite, Slack
  • Love to experiment and aren’t afraid to be bold.
  • Possess the ability to make things happen and show that ambiguity, evolving processes, and complexity motivate you rather than deter you.
  • Demonstrate that you are a team player who lifts people up and fosters a positive and proactive team environment.
  • Share your knowledge for the greater benefit of growing others.
  • You’ve got a knack for data to make informed decisions.

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 100+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global we have two amazing offices in the same building in the heart of the CBD with all the bells and whistles you could ever want.
