Senior Product Manager - Sports

At Easygo, product is at the heart of everything we build. We’re scaling a world-class sportsbook used by millions of sports fans globally and 2026 is a pivotal year with the World Cup and major growth ahead.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a critical Sportsbook squad in Melbourne, focused on driving growth through game-changing customer experiences. You’ll combine bold, high-impact initiatives with rapid iteration and quick wins to continuously improve the end-to-end sportsbook experience.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll turn strategy into shipped outcomes, shaping the roadmap, leading discovery and experimentation, and delivering experiences that materially move customer engagement, retention, and betting behaviour.
What you’ll do

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a key Sportsbook squad
  • Drive sportsbook growth through standout customer experiences and innovation
  • Balance bold, high-impact initiatives with fast, incremental improvements
  • Translate company and squad goals into clear, measurable growth outcomes
  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality features at pace
  • Use data, insights, and customer feedback to continuously optimise performance
  • Track market trends and competitor moves to identify opportunities to differentiate

 What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products at scale
  • Strong sports and sportsbook domain knowledge (highly desirable)
  • Proven ability to drive growth through customer-focused product improvements
  • Technically confident working with engineers on complex systems and trade-offs
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity
