The role


This is a pivotal role within the Product Management Team, accountable for the ongoing management, compliance, and enhancement of HUB24 Invest, IDPS-like solutions, SMSF Access, and Non-Custody offerings.


You will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance while leading strategic initiatives to refine and evolve these solutions in response to market trends and customer needs.


This is a full time permanent position, located in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and ongoing updates of content for disclosure documents, ensuring alignment with new product features, regulatory changes, and evolving legislation.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure timely and accurate production of disclosure documents.
  • Oversee the production and white-labelling process for disclosure documents.
  • Ensure business readiness for product launches, including the creation and delivery of training materials.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team to drive key initiatives, including providing input into business requirements and product design.
  • Identify, prioritise, and manage continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product offerings and operational processes.
  • Champion business readiness efforts, ensuring the team has the necessary knowledge and training to implement new products and features.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of new products and associated offer documents, aligning with strategic business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing sales support, including addressing and resolving product-related queries and contributing to RFI and RFP submissions for new business opportunities.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Product Management Team, ensuring consistent delivery on key business objectives and advocating for product simplification and operational efficiencies.

Key skills required

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services, with a strong focus on managing IDPS/IDPS-like platforms and Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs).
  • In-depth knowledge of the legislative and technical rules that govern IDPS and IDPS-like platforms, SMSFs, and investment products.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, with the ability to foster collaboration across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
