You’ll join Zip’s Consumer Proposition & Portfolio squad, the team responsible for shaping and evolving some of our most commercially significant consumer products. This is where customer value, commercial discipline and responsible growth come together.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end success of your product portfolio. From defining strategy and evolving product construct, through to driving contribution margin and portfolio health, you’ll operate at the intersection of growth, risk and customer experience. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Risk, Finance, CX, Operations and Product teams to deliver sustainable, profitable outcomes that strengthen customer trust and differentiate Zip in a competitive market.

 What you’ll own

  • Setting and evolving a clear 12-month product strategy aligned to ANZ commercial priorities
  • Owning the product construct including pricing, credit limits, interest free periods, features and account types
  • Full accountability for product P&L, driving revenue, cost of sales, growth and contribution outcomes
  • Defining and delivering a high-quality, sequenced roadmap that balances immediate performance with long-term capability building
  • Partnering with Marketing to define compelling consumer and merchant value propositions, messaging and targeting
  • Regularly reviewing and optimising portfolio performance to drive profitable, responsible growth
  • Championing operational excellence by collaborating with CX, Sales and Operations to lift every customer experience
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in partnership with Legal and Risk
  • Defining KPIs and OKRs to track performance, identify early signals and course-correct where needed
  • Acting as the internal advocate for your products, using data and customer insight to influence decision-making across the business

What you'll bring to the team

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management within financial services, payments or technology, delivering customer-focused outcomes
  • Proven experience setting product strategy and executing against measurable commercial objectives
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership and contribution margin thinking
  • Experience using data and analytics to build, scale and optimise mature product portfolios
  • Confidence balancing growth, risk and customer fairness in regulated environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance and Operations
  • Clear and compelling storytelling skills that bring teams together around the ‘why’
  • An emerging leadership mindset with a bias for action and high-quality execution
  • Ability to translate product objectives into tangible growth and engagement levers
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments while creating space for collaboration and diverse perspectives
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
