Shape what’s next for Auto at Latitude. Turn customer insight into better experiences and sustainable growth.

At Latitude, we make it possible—for our customers, our partners and our people. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help evolve our Auto Loans proposition, bringing together customer needs, partner opportunities and commercial thinking.

This is an opportunity to take ownership from strategy through to results. You’ll have scope to shape the roadmap, challenge how things work and bring teams together to deliver improvements that matter.

Your impact

Making vehicle finance easier takes a clear understanding of the experience—from the first application through to settlement and beyond.

Reporting to the GM, Product & Commercial – Money, you’ll own the Auto product strategy and roadmap, identifying where we can create more value for customers, brokers and partners while strengthening portfolio performance.

Your ownership continues after launch: understanding what’s working, what needs to change and where to go next.

You’ll:

  • Set the direction for Auto Loans, turning customer, partner and market insights into clear priorities.
  • Improve customer and partner journeys, removing friction across application, approval, settlement and servicing.
  • Drive commercial performance, using insights across conversion, pricing, margin and credit performance to guide decisions.
  • Lead product initiatives from the initial opportunity through to delivery, measuring benefits and continuing to improve after launch.
  • Strengthen broker and strategic partner propositions, while holding key third-party providers accountable for performance and customer outcomes.
  • Bring together Commercial, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology and other teams to balance customer value, growth and responsible product governance.

What you’ll bring

You’re an experienced product or commercial professional who connects strategy with execution. You can see an opportunity in the data, make a clear case for action and bring people with you.

We’re looking for:

  • Significant relevant experience, typically seven or more years, in product management, consumer lending, automotive finance or a related commercial discipline, including work at a senior product level.
  • A track record of end-to-end product ownership, spanning strategy, customer journeys, delivery and ongoing performance.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with confidence assessing pricing, margin, cost, credit performance and portfolio returns.
  • Experience improving complex customer or partner journeys and managing external suppliers or strategic relationships.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead outcomes across teams without relying on direct authority.
  • Sound judgement, a proactive approach and the confidence to make decisions through ambiguity while maintaining strong product governance.
  • You are familiar with AI tools - comfortable using tools to accelerate insights, automate routine work, prepare reporting, and tailor content quickly and effectively.
  • Experience in automotive lending, dealer finance, broker distribution or embedded finance would be highly regarded.

More possibilities for you

Bring your ideas to a role where you can influence the direction of an entire product proposition. You’ll work across the business, tackle meaningful commercial challenges and see the results of your decisions in customer experience and portfolio performance.

And we believe doing great work starts with feeling supported.

We make it possible…

  • To spend more time with your loved ones—with an extra week of paid leave each year through our Take 5 initiative.
  • To enjoy greater flexibility—with a hybrid working model that combines working from home with connection in the office.
  • To put your wellbeing first—with Sonder, a 24/7 support app for mental and physical wellbeing.
  • To access financial benefits—with discounts on Latitude products and services.

Our values—Take Ownership, Pursue Excellence, Win Together and Create Tomorrow—guide how we work and support each other.

Sound like you?

You don’t need to tick every box. If you bring many of the skills we’re looking for and feel this could be your next step, we’d love to hear from you.

Bring your ideas and ambition. Apply now and help us make it possible.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check, including criminal history and bankruptcy checks, prior to commencing employment.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
