Who we are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define key metrics, set success criteria, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behaviour, enterprise feature adoption, and workflow performance to uncover insights that guide product strategy.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for product and business stakeholders.

  • Design and evaluate experiments and A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and validate new ideas.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that help teams monitor progress and make faster, smarter decisions.

  • Work closely with the Head of Product (Enterprise) to inform roadmap prioritisation, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and aligned with user needs and enterprise goals.

  • Champion analytical best practices, supporting the product team to become more data fluent and self-sufficient.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or business analytics, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth tech or SaaS environment.

  • Strong ability to partner with product and engineering teams to shape decisions through insight and experimentation.

  • Proven experience analysing end-to-end user journeys, especially in enterprise or B2B product contexts (activation, engagement, retention, and success metrics).

  • Experience with event tracking and product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Statsig).

  • Intermediate technical skills in SQL and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Omni.

  • Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and experiments.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate data into insight that drives action.

  • Curiosity, humility, and a bias for impact over perfection.

1. Build to Last

We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day.

2. Own Your Practice

3. Move Fast, Stay Steady

We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.

4. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Why you will flourish with us

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
