WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role serves as the core leadership for Pacific’s NVS (Nike Value Stores) business.  On a daily basis, you will work closely with Pacific NDS (Nike Direct Stores) leaders as well as a diverse team of Nike cross-functional partners including Planning, Finance, Retail Marketing and GEO counterparts. You will report to Senior Director of Pacific NDS.

The ideal candidate demonstrates robust retail acumen and analytical abilities, translating Nike Brand strategy into effective execution at NVS. A passion for driving business results is essential.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in retail management, brand management, marketing, planning and closely related fields.
  • Proven ability to inspire teams with passion and commitment, amplify optimism, and lead high performing groups in both corporate and retail environments.
  • Deep expertise in owned retail management and marketplace operations, with strong real estate and financial acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking, with end-to-end business management skills.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will develop and execute the Pacific NVS strategy to elevate retail performance and achieve business targets in partnership with Pacific Stores leadership (Territory NDS lead, Director of Stores, Store Ops & Service, Geo NVS channel lead) and cross-functional partners in Planning, Finance, and Retail Marketing. You are responsible for leading and managing a dynamic, liquidation-focused channel to drive sustainable sales, profit growth and inventory management by developing strategies that enhance the Nike Brand in Retail and maintain healthy inventory across Nike Pacific.  

  • Champion cross-functional HQ initiatives to identify market trends, build and implement effective action plans, and proactively maximize business opportunity.
  • Influence and validate seasonal planning of NVS stores by leveraging the CODE process.
  • Implement rebuy strategies and manage seasonal execution in partnership with the Pacific NVS Planning team and Geo NVS channel lead to optimize inventory and sales opportunities.
  • Optimize media and in-store marketing approaches to drive right traffic to stores and ensure brand-right presentations, collaborating with NVS Marketing, DOS and Store Ops.
  • Shape the NVS landscape by working with Pacific NDS lead and Store Development to drive  
  • Real estate excellence as well as to proactively optimize fleet.
