What You'll Do
Responsible for leading and executing credit risk oversight activities including reviewing the credit risk strategies and loss forecasting, designing and maintaining credit risk portfolio reporting, establishing and maintaining governance processes, policies, and procedures, developing appropriate approach to ensure a comprehensive and accurate view in assessing credit quality and impact on credit performance and reporting findings to the leadership.
How You'll Do It
- Lead the analysis and design of business systems for multiple complex projects. Ensures requirements for all areas of the business are captured. Leads a partnership with cross functional subject matter experts in order to ensure an understanding of key risks related to requirements. Diagnoses business needs, develops requirements, plans the system development, creates and implements a test plan, provides on-going project oversight during the development phase, and compares the delivered solution against the original specifications.
- Acts as the lead negotiator between IT and the business. Applies specialized professional knowledge, skills, and expertise gained through advanced study and training to develop solutions to analytical, commercial, operational, process, or technological problems.
- Serve as subject matter expert on multiple and highly complex business activities. Cultivates and maintains collaborative partnerships with business partners. Mentors staff and provides expert knowledge on business system projects.
- Develops solutions that enhance, optimize, and automate existing processes and ongoing business processes.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors Information Technology, Business Administration or Management, Project Management, Finance or related
- 6+ years Business Analyst, Project Management, Scrum master, Finance or related experience
- In Lieu of Education , 8+ years Business Analyst, Project Management, Scrum master, Finance or related experience
