Job Description:
What You'll Do

• Own and maintain APPTIO Technology Business Management software used by the Business Technology and Data & Analytics team for monthly actual reporting and forecasting
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems. Conducts research and administers changes and updates to software. Identifies and communicates requirements, develops test cases, completes testing, and notifies management of issues. Partners with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

• Act as subject matter expert for all APPTIO enhancements and maintenance
• Train users on best practices for the APPTIO tool
• Trains users and takes feedback to further enhance and streamline processes.
• Manages internal documentation covering the tool, all the various programs, processes, and segments.
• Identifies and communicates requirements, develops test cases, completes testing and notifies management of issues.
• Leads projects for major product lines. Partners with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Ensures work processes are documented. Identifies new methods to improve processes.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

• Bachelors Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology Accounting, or related
• 4+ years Project Management, Business Analyst, Accounting, or related

Bonus Points If You Have

• Masters Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology Accounting, or related
• 6+ years Project Management, Business Analyst, Accounting, or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
