What will I be doing?
The Sr. Platform Specialist will be primarily responsible for the successful deliverables of client campaigns through activation, as well as optimal execution of Amobee’s suite of products and driving platform adoption by exceeding client’s expectations of services & performance. The Sr. Platform Specialist’s daily responsibility will include, but not limited to, campaign management, optimization, troubleshooting, training, platform enablement, analyzing data and providing recommendations for client optimization strategies. They will be involved in all aspects of campaigns management, client support & training, demonstrating the platform and educating internal teams and clients with best practice and new platform solutions & features. Below details key focus of the role –
- Act as the subject matter expert of Amobee’s platform and create best practices of Amobee’s platforms including but not limited to campaign management, optimization, and share with internal teams & clients.
- Collaborate with Account leads for client onboarding including platform demo and training, engagement and driving platform adoption.
- Support Account leads for Account Reviews and Product Updates.
- Campaign set up, troubleshooting, optimization, reporting and daily management against deliverables.
- Proactively advise clients on optimization strategies to help improve campaign pacing and performance, and share trends and best practice.
- First point of contact for clients regarding campaign enquiries, troubleshooting and technical escalations.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve, escalate, manage platform issues and product requests.
- Analyze data and support account leads to develop strategies for campaign renewals, accounts retention and client engagement.
- Lead tests for new products & solutions rollout in the market and update the key stakeholders with the progress.
- Constantly provide feedback to Solutions & Products team to improve Amobee’s product offering.
- Develop and provide operational-specific trainings for team members and clients on the benefits and best practice of Amobee’s platforms.
- Provide support to the junior members in the team.
- Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in html, JavaScript, CSS and connecting to APIs to confidently discuss technical terms.
- DMP/ CDP experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of digital advertising campaign management experience, preferably in ad tech/ programmatic, with hands-on-keyboards experience of tech platforms like DSPs, SSPs, DMPs.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to investigate, troubleshoot, analyze, solve problems, and clearly communicate results.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Effective time management skills- ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, along with an ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, manipulation of large datasets and chart making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
