Job Description

Build the partnerships that put GYG at the heart of Australian sport, music, and culture.

GYG is a brand that belongs in the biggest moments in Australian culture and this role is how we get there. The Senior Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager leads the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying the right opportunities in sport, entertainment, brand collabs and community through to negotiating the deal, executing the activation, and measuring the commercial return.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own GYG's annual partnerships and sponsorships strategy, aligned to brand objectives and the growth agenda
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend new partnership and sponsorship opportunities across sport, entertainment, culture, music, and community events
  • Lead commercial negotiations with partners, securing favourable terms, clear deliverables, and defined rights
  • Develop and execute activation strategies for each partnership, maximising GYG's brand visibility and guest engagement
  • Work with Creative, Digital, and PR teams to produce activation assets, content, and communications
  • Manage the partnerships and sponsorships budget, tracking spend and ensuring cost-effective execution
  • Maintain a pipeline of partnership including brand co-lab opportunities and provide regular updates to the Head of Growth & Partnerships

What You'll Bring

  • 8-10 years' min marketing experience, with a strong focus on partnerships, sponsorships, or brand collaborations
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing commercial partnership agreements
  • Proven track record in developing and activating brand partnerships that deliver measurable commercial and brand outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the Australian media, sports, entertainment, and events landscape
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering projects within agreed financial parameters
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in QSR, FMCG, or retail brand environment preferred
