Job Description
The Opportunity
ServiceNow is transforming how enterprises orchestrate their business. Partners are central to this mission—they activate demand, deliver solutions, and extend our platform. As Senior Partner Marketing Manager for APAC, you'll own the strategy and execution of partner-led go-to-market across the region, leading a transformation in how we activate, enable, and scale partner channels.
This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Director of APAC Partner Marketing. You'll drive partner demand generation, manage our Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program at scale, and design the partner experience & events strategy & playbooks that fuel pipeline growth across APAC. You'll work with C&I partners, managed service providers, resellers, hyperscalers, and technology partners—each with distinct GTM requirements and commercial models.
What You'll Own
Partner-Led Demand Engine
Design and execute partner-led demand generation strategy for APAC. This includes demand gen campaign architecture, partner co-marketing playbooks, lead distribution, and sales-to-partner handoff processes. You'll own targets for partner-influenced pipeline and direct metrics for partner activation, lead generation, and deal registration and will be an influential member of the APAC Partner-Led business Leadership team.
Regional Partner Experience & Events Strategy and Execution
Owns APAC-wide partner experience and events strategy, AI Summits, World Forum partner sessions, and the regional Partner Summits. Driving demand generation campaigns, sponsor management, and partner engagement programs that build advocacy and pipeline across the region.
Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Program
Manage the APAC MDF budget as a strategic lever for partner activation. You'll enable the APAC partner marketing managers and work with the Global MDF program team to drive partner participation, approve and audit co-marketing campaigns, and measure ROI against partner pipeline contribution. Strong partners will see MDF as an investment vehicle for growth, not a compliance requirement.
We're investing heavily in partner channels as the primary engine for customer acquisition and success. Partner-led demand is growing 139% year-over-year, and APAC is our highest-growth region. You'll have real budget, real responsibility, and a platform to shape how ServiceNow scales through partners globally.
We value operators who think clearly, move fast, and lead with data. You'll work with a talented partner marketing team, influential stakeholders, and partners who are serious about their ServiceNow practice.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
Experience
10+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or go-to-market strategy at B2B SaaS or enterprise software companies. You've managed or influenced integrated marketing demand generation at scale directly as well as with partners. You have a strong event management experience, managed agencies and large budgets & ROI. Familiarity with MDF program management, and partner co-marketing is strongly preferred. Experience in APAC markets is valuable.
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
Skills & Mindset
You're a strategist who gets into execution. You design campaigns, manage vendors, audit spend, and close the loop on metrics. You can operate in ambiguity, set your own priorities, and hold partners (and yourself) accountable. You're curious about partner business models and can translate between partner incentives and ServiceNow objectives. You communicate with clarity and conviction.
Partner Acumen
You understand that partners are businesses with their own economics. You can think like a partner—what drives their growth, how they compete, what they need to succeed. You've built relationships with partners at the executive level and can navigate commercial negotiations.
Analytics Orientation
You care about pipeline, influence, and ROI. You can build a business case, track campaign performance, and course-correct based on data. Proficiency with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM systems is expected.
Logistics
Location: Australia (in-person, with occasional travel across APAC for partner events and customer briefings)
Reports to: Director of Partner Marketing APAC
Travel: 10–15% (partner events, customer site visits, quarterly business reviews)
