We are looking for a Senior Partner Development Manager to lead our ANZ partner ecosystem. You'll own the strategy and execution of named channel and alliance partnerships across Australia and New Zealand, driving revenue growth through a best-in-class partner network. This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of sales, product, and partner success.

 

About The Role

  • Own and grow a partner portfolio across ANZ, including resellers, system integrators, and alliances

  • Develop joint business plans with key existing partners and hold them accountable to revenue and pipeline targets through quarterly business reviews and deep business alignment

  • Develop tier pathway and enablement plans for partners aligned to monday.com's go-to-market strategy to drive tier progression

  • Work closely with the partners to drive their GTM motions and unlock new market segments for monday

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, building relationships at senior and exec level and running joint QBRs

  • Represent partner needs internally, influencing product, marketing, and enablement decisions

  • Track partner performance through clear metrics such as certification completion rate, MDF deployment, Partner CSAT and Tier upgrades/quarter, and report out to leadership regularly

Requirements

  • 10+ years in channel, alliances, or partner development within AI, SaaS or tech

  • Proven track record of building and scaling a partner ecosystem in the ANZ market

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue-bearing partnerships

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally

  • Self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment

  • Experience with CRM and partner management tools; monday.com experience a plus
