Your Responsibilities
Daily reporting, reconciliations & checklist completion
Processing managed fund trades
Managing settlement of all relevant transactions (domestic/international equities, domestic/international fixed income, managed funds and bonds) ensuring minimal failed settlements
Processing trade amendments and cancellations
Maintenance of Counterparty SSI’s
Processing of asset transfers (domestic/international equities, domestic/international fixed income, managed funds, and bonds) according to client instructions and market deadlines
Processing asset cost bases
Liaison with custodians and business partners
Ensure adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Your skills and experience
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Operations within Financial Services
Prior experience in settlements, transfers, and managed funds
A good understanding and knowledge of Australian & International Financial Markets, Managed Funds, Listed/Unlisted Assets and Custodial Structures
Your qualifications
Degree qualified in Finance, Business or Commerce
