Vanguard’s AU Securities Lending Operations team is a key player in supporting securities lending activity across APAC markets for our global investment portfolios.

You’ll be responsible for executing daily operational tasks, maintaining rigorous adherence to established controls, policies, and procedures, and delivering exceptional support to our trading team.

Core Responsibilities
- Completes daily operational workflow deliverables, including the management of loan lifecycle events e.g. recalls and returns and corporate action processing for positions on loan.
- Executes controls and verifies completion of processes.
- Provides support and service to the securities lending trading team.
- Manages operational counterparty communications and queries.
- Leads process improvements efforts, completes comprehensive analysis, and recommends solutions.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years operational securities lending or trade settlements experience is a requirement.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
