We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior Marketing Manager, reporting to the Executive Manager, Customer Marketing.
A bit about your role
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs that drive acquisition, retention, and upsell across nbn’s product portfolio.
You will be responsible for shaping audience strategies and campaign design over a 12–18-month horizon, ensuring our end users have access to the best possible in-premise internet solutions and our partners preference nbn in market, driving our business objectives and brand sentiment
This role is deeply collaborative, requiring close partnership with product and sales teams to align products and services around audience needs. You will work with the marketing team to ensure activities resonate with different customer cohorts and deliver measurable outcomes. Your work will contribute directly to nbn’s strategic objectives, helping to optimise performance and elevate the customer experience through thoughtful, purpose-driven marketing.
A bit about you
You are a strategic and commercially minded marketer with deep experience in product or audience marketing within large, complex organisations. You bring a strong understanding of B2B and B2C environments and know how to solve business challenges through marketing. You’re confident developing audience plans, managing budgets, and contributing to content strategy with a focus on impact. Your background in sectors such as telco, SaaS or technology gives you a natural fluency in translating technical value into customer relevance.
Your ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes makes you a trusted partner across the business. Above all, you are purpose-driven and outcome-focused, with a passion for delivering marketing that makes a difference.
