About the Role

As the Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation and Capture, you will play a pivotal strategic role in driving revenue growth by leading high-impact marketing initiatives that target enterprise-level B2B clients. 

This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can navigate complex market dynamics, align cross-functional teams, and overcome the challenges of competitive landscapes and rapidly evolving customer needs. 

Success in this role will come from your ability to shape data-driven, innovative strategies while leading a talented team, optimising multi-channel campaigns, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to deliver measurable business results.

You will be leading a team that focuses on the development, execution, and optimisation of demand generation and customer acquisition strategies to drive business growth and pipeline development. Management of demand generation and capture across strategy across our portfolio of brands.


 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Designed and implemented comprehensive demand generation and captured strategies targeting B2B enterprise customers across a portfolio of brands.

  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, engagements, content, ABM).

  • Led and mentored a small team of marketing specialists, fostering their development and ensuring the successful execution of demand-generation initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive teams, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with growth objectives, ensuring seamless lead hand-off.

  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Manage the marketing automation and CRM platforms, ensuring efficient lead capture, nurturing, and scoring processes.

  • Oversee content creation efforts for demand generation, including success stories and engagements.

  • Identify and experiment with new channels or tactics to increase demand generation.

  • Manage budget allocation and ROI tracking for all demand generation programs.

About You 

You're a strategic leader with strong project management skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams to drive impactful B2B demand generation campaigns. You bring deep expertise in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing, and are proficient in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Your analytical mindset and experience with data analytics tools ensure you can optimise campaign performance effectively.

You excel in content development, storytelling, and aligning marketing with sales goals to foster collaboration. Adaptable and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled in managing budgets to maximise ROI. Your strong communication skills enable you to present strategies and results clearly to senior leadership.

Skills and Experience Required: 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, data, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Extensive experience in demand generation, preferably within B2B technology or professional services sectors.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through demand-generation campaigns.

  • Proven experience managing and developing small teams with a focus on performance, professional growth, and collaborative success.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and align with cross-functional stakeholders to drive cohesive marketing strategies and achieve business goals.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.

  • Previous experience in the technology or business process outsourcing industry is a plus.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • Understanding of sales pipelines and revenue forecasting.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth companies or industries.
