Our brands are undergoing a period of reinvigoration, and your leadership will be critical in shaping their future success. You will face the exciting opportunity of harmonising brand identities while navigating the complexities of a business transformation, ensuring consistency and impact across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives.

  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that align with the brand's value proposition and customer needs.

  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely to align brand initiatives with business objectives and drive cohesive execution.

  • Oversee brand governance and consistency across all internal and external communication channels.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine brand positioning and strategy.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for brand initiatives, including creative development, digital campaigns, and media buying.

  • Develop and maintain a brand style guide and ensure adherence to branding standards across the organisation.

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics as needed.

About You

You are a strategic leader with a proven ability to drive brand vision and deliver impactful campaigns. With expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and project management, you excel in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration.

Your leadership style fosters high performance, and your communication skills make you a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You bring a customer-centric, data-driven approach to brand management, focusing on growth and innovation in competitive markets.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in brand management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Extensive experience in brand management, preferably within B2B technology or Business Process Outsourcing sectors.

  • Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns and initiatives.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
