About the Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, Brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our evolving portfolio of brands in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

You will lead a team focusing on brand strategy development and implementation to elevate awareness of and familiarity with the organisation's solutions and services. You will ensure consistent brand narrative, messaging, and alignment with business objectives across all touchpoints and manage brand governance across our portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market presence and drive business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives.

Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that align with the brand's value proposition and customer needs.

Lead and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely to align brand initiatives with business objectives and drive cohesive execution.

Oversee brand governance and consistency across all internal and external communication channels.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine brand positioning and strategy.

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for brand initiatives, including creative development, digital campaigns, and media buying.

Develop and maintain a brand style guide and ensure adherence to branding standards across the organisation.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics as needed.

Skills and Experience Required:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in brand management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Extensive experience in brand management, preferably within B2B technology or Business Process Outsourcing sectors.

Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns and initiatives.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.

Demonstrated experience managing external vendors and creative agencies.

Proven experience in leading and managing a team, focusing on coaching, development, and performance management.

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics in the B2B technology or BPO industries.

Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
