Our TELUS Health Australia Marketing team plays a vital role in this mission. From marketing strategy and Go-to-Market planning to campaign execution and engagement, we are an enthusiastic group of creative minds driving awareness, demand, and adoption of our Employee Assistance and Wellbeing Programs. We collaborate closely with product teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to develop compelling, integrated campaigns that make a real impact.

Join us to work on one of our largest contracts, leading our B2C marketing efforts for our Employee Assistance Program and helping businesses care for their people.
**Please note that this is a 12-month contract with potential for extension**
What will you do:
As a Marketing Manager on the TELUS Health Australia Marketing team, you will have a number of important responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Owning the strategy, campaign planning and execution, and reporting for the promotion of our Employee Assistance Program services to small to medium employers in the state of Victoria.

Creating impactful communications campaigns to dive awareness and usage of TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program to small and medium enterprises across Victoria.

Developing scorecards and measurements KPI’s for your portfolio and tracking success over time, adjusting plans as required to meet or exceed customer expectation and targets.

Being innovative and constantly thinking of innovative ideas and approaches on how to promote the program to small and medium enterprises within the state of Victoria and grow the portfolio.

Create and implement a social media strategy to raise awareness of the program and bring onboard new businesses to the service.

Being the Marketing lead on the launch of ongoing promotion of this project while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Displaying strong creative thinking and business critical thinking skills by presenting business cases for proposed targets, pricing, and campaign changes.
What you bring:

7+ years’ experience in B2 C and/or B2B Marketing roles, with proven experience in Product Marketing and/or base engagement and retention marketing.

Recognized for your exceptional relationship building skills, you bring people together to solve problems collectively and seek out different points of view to bring marketing initiatives and campaigns to life.

Known for your ability to prioritize work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you manage and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives to get things done.

Proven ability to understand numbers, you use insights and results to help solve problems and make data-driven decisions.

Self-starter with initiatives and the flexibility to manage ambiguity.

Ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders in driving strategic outcomes to support the customer and increase number of customers accessing the services.

Post-secondary undergraduate degree in marketing, or equivalent experience and education.
