About the role:

The Senior Marketing Adviser supports the national marketing through the development, coordination and delivery of effective marketing strategies, projects, events and activities aligned to both local and national priorities, to support business growth.

The role works closely with Partners, Directors and service line leaders to provide trusted marketing advice, translating business objectives into practical, high‑impact marketing initiatives.

This is a 12-month contract role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise with relevant partners to develop annual marketing plans and budgets for each office, ensuring consistency with office strategic priorities and the national strategic and marketing plans;
  • Attendance at local marketing / BD meetings to progress planned initiatives and make recommendations on best practice activities;
  • Report monthly on marketing plans and budgets to Director of Marketing and relevant partners;
  • Share relevant marketing campaigns with local offices to drive marketing initiatives;
  • Manage agreed sponsorships and partnerships to ensure maximum benefit received;
  • Review and liaise with communications team to update marketing and promotional materials (including website content, publications, case studies, newsletters, advertising etc) to ensure appropriate materials available in local offices and relevant local content included;
  • Work with the national marketing team to implement national projects;
  • Manage implementation of campaigns run via the web;
  • Manage standards for local functions, seminars and other networking events.

About you:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification – Business or Marketing
  • 5+ years relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of marketing philosophies and practices.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of professional services and a multi stakeholder environment.
