About the role   

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Marketing, Rewards to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to re-launch and scale our loyalty program, driving awareness, acquisition, and engagement to meet growth goals. You'll establish the program brand, build omni-channel campaigns, and optimize customer lifetime value. You’ll also oversee brand messaging, promotions, and go-to-market strategies, you'll ensure data-driven marketing efforts align with business objectives. This position demands a data-driven leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent engagement skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in an ambiguous environment.

Day-to-day, you will: 

  • Define and implement a comprehensive loyalty and rewards marketing strategy and annual plan

  • Develop and manage an annual marketing calendar outlining all marketing efforts aligned with business objectives and product launches

  • Drive the development of the rewards brand, proposition, positioning and creative platform

  • Monitor brand perception and implement initiatives to enhance brand image

  • Work with relevant areas to enhance customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and personalised experiences

  • Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for new product features, promotions, events, activations, and competitions

  • Design and execute strategies for targeted segment-based and personalised marketing activities

  • Leverage data insights to refine marketing efforts, optimise member segmentation, and tailor personalised campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, or related field, minimum 5 years in marketing leadership roles in a consumer-facing business 

  • Experience in loyalty programs, online retail, or other digital B2C environment – desirable

  • A track record of developing and executing successful marketing, product or business launches and growth strategies

  • Strong commercial acumen coupled with a strong customer-focused mind-set 

  • Expertise in data-driven performance marketing, and analytical and results driven approach to planning and managing marketing activities
