Senior Manager Finance - Transformation

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | National Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager – Transformation to play a key role in establishing a standalone finance function as part of a major business program.

Working closely with senior leaders across Finance, Technology, HR, Legal and Procurement, you'll help design and implement the finance processes, systems, governance and reporting frameworks that will support the future of our Freight business.

What you'll do

• Lead finance transformation activities.

• Design and embed finance processes, controls and governance frameworks.

• Support finance systems implementation, data migration and ERP activities.

• Develop operating models and support the transition to standalone operations.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver key transformation milestones and Day 1 readiness.

What you'll bring

• Experience delivering finance transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of finance processes, governance and financial controls.

• Experience with ERP implementations, finance systems and data migration.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex transformation environment.
