The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Manager, DevOps to lead large-scale transformation programs, advise senior technology leaders and help organisations build modern engineering capabilities that accelerate innovation and business outcomes. 

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking, client advisory, technology expertise and people leadership. You'll help clients navigate complex challenges while creating environments where engineering teams can thrive. 


The Work 

  • Advise senior technology leaders on DevOps, platform engineering and engineering transformation strategies. 
  • Lead enterprise-wide maturity assessments and define future-state operating models. 
  • Develop strategic roadmaps spanning people, process, security, tooling and governance. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client executives on engineering excellence and technology modernisation. 
  • Shape large-scale transformation programs from strategy through implementation. 
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, security, delivery and change functions. 
  • Establish enterprise engineering standards, frameworks, patterns and governance models. 
  • Support business growth through solutioning, proposals, pursuits and client presentations. 
  • Coach, mentor and develop future engineering leaders. 

Here's what you'll need

We're looking for a leader who combines strong consulting capability with deep knowledge of modern engineering practices. You may have experience across: 

  • DevOps and DevSecOps strategy. 
  • Platform engineering and cloud transformation. 
  • Enterprise technology modernisation. 
  • Engineering operating models and governance. 
  • Technical architecture and engineering frameworks. 
  • Automation and Infrastructure as Code. 
  • Modern software delivery and CI/CD practices. 
  • Engineering risk, security and compliance. 
  • Executive stakeholder engagement and strategic advisory. 

**Experience across Azure, AWS, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GitLab, SonarQube, Artifactory, DevSecOps tooling and cloud-native platforms will be highly regarded.
