We are seeking an adept Senior Manager/Associate Director to join our National Deals team, based in Melbourne. You will be primarily managing buy and sell side financial due diligence engagements, with the opportunity to work on other assignments across our Deals practice including, M&A lead advisory, valuations, financial modelling and purchase price accounting.

What you will do
- Oversee buy and sell side projects, with a focus on financial due diligence reports and related services e.g. databooks, forecast models and review of deal contracts.
- Apply industry and market expertise to proactively address deal issues.
- Conduct and supervise financial and commercial analyses to inform key decisions and recommendations.
- Develop and design financial models and reporting protocols.
- Engage with crucial stakeholders, including clients, target management and investors.
- Mentor and foster the professional development of junior team members.
Who you are
- CA qualified with at least 6 years’ experience, of which 3-4 years is focused experience in financial due diligence or Corporate Finance, preferably within a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm.
- Exemplary attention to detail and superior communication skills (written and verbal).
- Showcase outstanding presentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Possess commercial acumen with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieving positive client outcomes.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
