In this role, you will support the ANZ Communications team by coordinating strategic initiatives, managing rollouts, facilitating collaboration, and improving operational excellence. 


What you'll do


● Drive External Communications – Lead customer and partner communications programs to foster strong connections, showcasing the value of Xero and its products to a broad audience.

● Bridge Teams and Stakeholders – Act as the essential link between the ANZ Communications team, ANZ GTM teams, and key global stakeholders, including Product and Technology Communications, ensuring seamless collaboration and information flow.

● Simplify Complex Information – Translate intricate product, technical, and strategic concepts into accessible, impactful content for small businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers.

● Develop Compelling Keynotes – Create engaging keynote content for partner events, such as Xerocon and Roadshow, designed to inspire and inform local business leaders.

● Lead with Passion and Purpose – Support and motivate team members, enabling them to deliver their best work, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across functions.

● Champion ANZ Communication Needs – Work closely with the ANZ GTM and global functions to advocate for the unique needs of the ANZ business and communications teams, ensuring alignment and representation in global initiatives.

● Customer-Centric Campaigns – A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to craft communications that resonate and add value to the customer experience.

● Commercial & Strategic Acumen – A strategic mindset with a strong grasp of commercial objectives, ensuring communications align with and drive business outcomes.
