Join our Legal team and help define the regulatory and commercial framework of a rapidly evolving industry. As Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll work across multiple jurisdictions, navigating complex legal challenges in crypto and gaming. This is an opportunity to shape company strategy, ensure compliance, and establish best-in-class legal practices in an emerging space.
As part of our team, you'll:

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, balancing risk with business objectives.
• Support high-stakes transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk management initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams and senior leadership to craft legal strategies that drive business growth.
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge legal matters that are still taking shape in many global markets.

You’ll have

• 6+ years' experience in corporate and commercial law, with at least 2 years in private practice.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align legal guidance with company goals.
• A passion for innovation and an interest in the intersection of law, crypto, and gaming.
