We're seeking a driven Senior HR Business Partner to join our progressive and fast-paced HR team. Our HR Business Partners play a crucial role in the development of our employees and business.
We're looking for an individual who is confident, assertive, and collaborative to partner with our team and department leads to drive high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. HR are responsible for ensuring we consistently deliver an exceptional working culture and employee experience.
We offer genuine Business Partnering roles where success is built on effective 1:1s with managers and employees, coaching individuals, and utilising insights to drive organizational change. In addition to hands-on business partnering, this role also involves designing and delivering a variety of cyclical and ad hoc HR projects.
Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with department leads to understand business needs and implement HR solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership on employee relations (ER), ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of complex ER cases, including performance management, grievances and disciplinaries. Liaising with our legal department as required.
  • Coach and mentor managers, providing them with the tools and confidence to effectively lead their teams and handle people-related challenges.
  • Support workforce planning, helping to identify skills gaps and develop talent pipelines to ensure future business success.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, using feedback and insights to implement strategies that enhance the employee experience.
  • Lead learning and development initiatives, including facilitation/instruction of behavioural training, ensuring training programs meet business needs and support development.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes, including final-stage interviews, to ensure a strong cultural and role fit.
  • Participate in the running of our internship programme.
  • Manage and execute cyclical HR programs, including performance reviews, talent development, and engagement surveys.


Your Skills and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in a high-touch, fast-paced environment, including 6+ years in a business partnering role.
  • Strong coaching skills, with the ability to guide and influence leaders at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating confidence, empathy, and the ability to build trust through candor and diplomacy.
  • Proven ability to drive HR impact, using data and insights to inform decision-making and measure effectiveness.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills, balancing business needs with employee well-being.
  • Adaptability and resilience, thriving in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • A people-first approach, with a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity, engagement, and high performance.
