As a member of our experienced recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support the firm's growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop strategies that align with our talent acquisition goals while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise recruitment processes and assess talent pipelines.
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier talent through diverse channels, including professional networks, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and agency partners.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for roles you are responsible for including technology, business operations, and quantitative trading.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit and add.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from application/introduction through to offer and close, by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring teams to manage interviews, technical assessments, and feedback loops.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity.


Your Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a quantitative trading, technology, or financial services environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for specialised and high-demand roles.
  • Strong ability to source, assess, and close candidates in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of technical recruiting practices for software development, data analysis, and algorithmic trading is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about finding and nurturing top talent.
