Who we are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the Head of Growth and cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Data to define key growth metrics, set success criteria, and uncover opportunities across the acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on acquisition performance, channel mix, conversion funnels, and spend efficiency to identify what is working and where to optimise.

  • Design, run, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests to measure the impact of growth initiatives and validate new ideas.

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and narrative analyses that help teams make confident, data-informed decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform growth roadmap prioritization, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and aligned with business goals.

  • Champion a culture of experimentation and analytical rigor, helping teams become more data fluent and outcome focused.

What we’re looking for

  • Stay current with industry best practices in growth analytics, experimentation, and attribution to continuously improve how growth is measured and accelerated.

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or business analytics, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth tech or SaaS environment.

  • Strong ability to partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to shape growth strategy through data, insight, and experimentation.

  • Proven experience analysing acquisition funnels, channel performance, conversion rates, and retention to identify opportunities for scalable growth.

  • Experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing, from design and implementation through to measurement and insight generation.

  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, attribution, and spend optimisation across paid, owned, and organic channels.

  • Working knowledge of analytics and experimentation platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Statsig.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into insight that drives decisions and action.

  • Curiosity, humility, and a bias for impact over perfection.

We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.

4. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Why you will flourish with us

  • Flexible hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office.

  • A generous personal development budget of $500 per annum

  • Learn from some of the best engineers and creatives, joining a diverse team

  • Become an owner, with shares (equity) in the company, if Heidi wins, we all win

  • The rare chance to create a global impact as you immerse yourself in one of Australia’s leading healthtech startups

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
